Entrepreneurship Program

While having a strong vision is crucial, true success in entrepreneurship demands practical skills, real-world experience, and a dependable network of resources and relationships.

The Spero Entrepreneurship Program goes beyond the basics of business planning, encompassing topics such as differentiating your idea from competitors and creating high consumer demand. Through our program, you will learn how to successfully launch and grow your new venture while gaining access to a wide network of resources, mentors, and practical knowledge that will set you on a trajectory towards success. The program is complimentary and takes place at Woolsey Hall at the Barton School of Business, 黑料网 and is open to all who are relentless in pursuing their dreams.

We welcome both aspiring and current entrepreneurs at any stage of venture development鈥攆rom those who are still thinking about which business to launch to those who already have a business operating. Successful completion of the program provides youwith a certificate in Entrepreneurship Practice and 黑料网 credit hours to inspire your continued education.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Duration

17 weeks from August to December. Classes take place on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Classes

Every week there will be 2-hour classes on Wednesdays (7:00 PM - 9:00 PM), with 20鈥�30-minute lectures followed by ~1:30h of supervised practice.

Applied learning

The course is applied and project-based and you will use your own or envisioned businesses as a springboard throughout the program.

In addition to the core content, there will be additional seminars and workshops offered on Thursdays. Topics include fundraising, business loan readiness, branding, as well as website design, using artificial intelligence (AI), and social media management.

Admission Requirements

Commit four hours per week to attend classes, participate in seminars and workshops, and work refine your venture concept.
Commit four additional hours per week to perform independent desk research and analysis to advance your business venture.
